Showing Entire Films at Conference Centres and Events

Licences: Church Video Licence (CVL) 

Showing films as part of your event/conference activities can be a great way to bring your delegates together for social activities or as part part of your training programme.

 Here's some ideas on how you can use your CVL for showing films:

• Host film nights for your delegates.
• Show films in your chilren's and youth meetings.
• Show films at your event/conference and invite people to bring their friends.

 Don't forget to check out the film producers to make sure they are covered in the licence scheme.

Licence Fees:

Licence fees are based on the maximum attendance at your event. Contact us for prices. 

It is likely that you may also need a licence direct from PRS for Music to show films with music contained in the soundtrack. Visit PRS for Music for more information.
