Photocopying Music Publications at Conference Centres and Events
Licences: Church Copyright Licence (CCL) and the Music Reproduction Licence (MRL)
If your conference centre or event holds a CCL then you may find that the MRL is a valuable resource as you are able to photocopy song lryics that you have reproduced.
These 2 licences are the most popular resources in churches today as it enables you to reproduce lyrics and music from thousands of hymn and worship songs being sung around the world.
By adding the MRL to your CCL you can:
- Type song words into your computer and store them.
- Create your own service sheets and hand out to your delegates.
- Create your own OHP acetates.
- Project song lyrics onto a screen.
- Photocopying hymn and worship song words and music from authorised music publications.
- Audio/video record music from your services for those unable to attend.
The number of publishers covered by this licence increases continually. Click here to view the list.
